The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.International delivery usually takes about 5–28 business days. US orders are shipped depending on which option you choose which can take anywhere from 2-20 business days, sometimes longer. The shipping times are an estimate and not a guarantee. We can not control postal services.
- A signature may be required for delivery, so please ensure someone is present at the delivery address to accept the delivery.
- Deliveries will not be made on public holiday dates, so please expect your delivery the next business day.
- If you have not received your order in the advertised time, please get in touch with our support team.
- Lost and Undelivered items will be fully refunded.
